Limited Warranty

After signing for and accepting the products please fully inspect them and try out the products to check for any possible damage that may have occurred during shipping. In very rare instances packages can be damaged during shipping. If damage occurred during shipping, shipping insurance should cover all damaged products and shipping cost. Please email us to let us know within 14 business days (excluding holidays) of accepting the products if you believe any damage has occurred during shipping. 

For our MMA dummies, in rare instances its possible that the vinyl could have been sliced or punctured during shipping. Luckily, this is an quick easy fix we can resolve without needing to ship the entire dummy back to us. When receiving our products remember to not use any sharp objects to open the box which may result in slicing the equipment. 

Each one of our products go through stringent quality control checks through out the entire construction.  Every single one of our products is fully inspected and tested out before being sent out. We want to make sure that everyone of our products represents the highest quality product we can provide to the MMA community. Every one of our products are stamped with serial numbers for unique identification. Each dummy's inspection and testing process is video recorded right before being shipped to ensure that our quality standards are being met.

​Our products are built for heavy duty training use. We strongly believe our products will last indefinitely unless there was purposeful intent to break the products or use them inappropriately. If you believe something is broken, please email us within 14 days of accepting the products to inform us of the possible problem so we can see if there is a misunderstanding or a malfunction that can be resolved.  If we believe the malfunction is due to a manufacturing error we will resolve the issue at no cost to you if you notify us within the 14 days of acceptance of the products. Due to shipping cost, our stringent quality control, and our belief in the longevity this product should provide if used properly, we offer a 14 day manufactures warranty. If we believe the defects are a result of purposeful intent to break the products or use them inappropriately, this will void the warranty. 

For our MMA dummies, perhaps after many years of hard core training its understood that anything can undergo wear and tear. After buying our dummy we currently are offering a lifetime of support to help you fix any possible broken parts or basic wear and tear. That being said, if you wanted to fix a broken part on it, contact us first. We will more than happy to try to assist you in determining if it may be an easy enough fix you can handle on your own or with a local fabricator/machinist. You could also ship the part back to us since various parts to come apart from the dummy. We can fix the part, make it look new again, and ship it back to you at your cost.
